DELBERT W. MOELLER

Victoria – Delbert W. Moeller went to be with the Lord December 4, 2017 at the age of 79. He was born February 9, 1938 in Meyersville, Texas to the late Edward and Pearl Moeller.

Delbert is survived by his wife of 56 years, Ruth Moeller; children Darryl Moeller, Deborrah (Edward) DeClements and Denise (Ric) Gonzales; brothers Robert Moeller, Gary (Dee) Moeller and Ronald (Diana) Moeller; grandchildren Edward DeClements III, Dorothy DeClements and Miriam DeClements and Mathew and Valerie Gonzales and 2 great grandchildren Edward DeClements IV and Annaliese Freeze.

Delbert served in the U.S. Navy for 20 years. He was a dedicated husband, father, friend, and provider. He will always be remembered for his loving, generous, and kind nature. Delbert’s dedication to his family is reflected in the love his wife, children, grandchildren and great grandchildren have for him.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, December 6, 2017 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Grace Funeral Home. Funeral service will be Thursday, December 7, 2017 at 10:00 am at First English Lutheran Church. Interment with military honors will follow at Meyersville Cemetery, Meyersville, Texas.

Pallbearers will be Edward DeClements, E.J. DeClements, Dale Hartman, Joe Pratt, Doug Pawlik and Gary Moeller. Honorary pallbearers are Dalton Metting, Ric Gonzales, Mathew Gonzales, Louis Boldt, Cindy Debose and Bryan Kanthack.

Memorial Donations may be made in Delbert’s honor to First English Lutheran Church.
