Obituary

Clarence Wilson of Goliad, Texas passed away January 9, 2020 at the age of 84. He was born August, 16, 1935 in Victor, Colorado to the late Robert A. and Grace Anderson Wilson.

He was a very loving man. He loved to go camping in the mountains, the outdoors, dancing, country music, adored his pony, and most of all, loved his family. He loved all his children, and making sure they all shared that love; mother nature came second. Most of all, he disliked goodbyes.

Clarence is survived by his daughter, Margaret Leann Simmons (Bubby), Grace E. Wilson (Bruce), son, Jesse L. Wilson, daughter, Sherrie Wilson, daughter, Carolyn Cano (Ralph), son, Joe Wilson, daughter, Rose Lynn Palm (Aaron), and brother, John W. Wilson.

In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by brothers, Emmet, Robert and Charles Wilson and sisters, Elizabeth “Betty” Luke and Mary Van Alstyne.

Private services will be held at a later date.
