Eva May Reed, 67, has gone to meet her daughter, Tammy, in Heaven on May 10, 2019. She was born in Phillipsburg, PA on June 26, 1951 to Lilly May Meyers and Joshua Donald Farley (both deceased). She had three siblings: Joshua Donald Myers, George Albert Farley, and Vivian Jane Weeks (all deceased). Eva is survived by her daughter, Pamela Jean (Joseph T.) Perez of Bloomington, TX; eight grandchildren and one great grandson. Her grandchildren’s names are Joseph A. Perez, Christian M. (Beatriz) Perez, Joshua D. Reed, and Jean-Marcos B. Perez, all of Bloomington, TX; Ashley N. (Chris) Rakowski of Killeen, TX, Enrique L. McKenzie of Colorado Springs, CO; Brianne M Geoghegan of Monroe, LA; Dakota M. Crawford of Colorado; Her great grandson’s name is Connor Alexander Rakowski of Killeen, TX. Other surviving family members include her first cousin, Leonard L. Lira of San Jose, CA and her adopted sister Hettie R. (David) Myers-Vaught of Colorado Springs, CO.

Eva was a feisty and bubbly lady. She had a heart of gold who could never say no to anyone in need. And she was in love with Elvis Presley since she was a teenager. Eva will remain in her family’s heart forever.

Visitation will be from 12:00 - 2:00 pm with a Funeral Mass at 2:00 pm on May 16, 2019 at St Patrick’s Church, 13316 TX-185, Bloomington, TX 77951. A graveside service will be conducted at a later date at the Guadalupe Cemetery in Mission Valley. Eva will be laid to rest in Victoria, TX with her daughter, Tammy, and her aunt and uncle, Della M. Lira and Thomas Lira.
