He is survived by his wife of 45+ years, Rita Olguin; children Cindy (Jerry) Cain, Leopold Pedraza, Leonard Pedraza, Lydia Pedraza and Lisa (Fred) Green; brother Arthur (Wanda) Olguin; sisters Consuelo (Joe) Hernandez, Carmen (Leopoldo) Guttierrez and Rosa (Andrew) Rojas; sister-in-law Lupe Olguin; 14 grandchildren and 33 great grandchildren.

In addition to his parents he is preceded in death by his sons Gilbert Olguin, Jr. and Ricky Pedraza and brothers Martin Olguin, Jesse L. Olguin, Jr. and nephew Martin Olguin, Jr.

A loving husband, father, grandfather and great grandfather, Gilbert owned Olguin Concrete for more than 40 years. He enjoyed barbequing, picnics and fish fries. He loved being outdoors with friends and family.

Our Dad was a very generous man, if you were hungry, he fed you. He gave the homeless a place to stay. Gilbert had to quit school in the 4th grade to work after his dad died to take care of his mother, brothers and sisters. He was loved by many and gave to others without hesitation. We Love You Dad.
